AVR TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS CORPORATION is led by Mr. Arvin S. Vitales, a former pharmaceutical salesperson with a keen interest in electronics and communications. An opportunity to join CIGNAL in 2009 allowed him an in-depth exposure to satellite TV, while his sales proficiency from the pharmaceutical industry helped CIGNAL expand its client base with new clients.

AVR TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS CORPORATION is a dynamic organization which aims to bring the latest technological advances in the areas of satellite cable television, closed circuit television, PABX systems, Two-way Radios, Repeaters, Fire Alarm, Fire Pro and Software to commercial and residential clients.
Years of exposure to digital trends have equipped the company with the expertise to provide clients with exceptional yet cost-effective digital services. Its highly responsive after-sales structure is composed of skilled technicians to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
AVR TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS CORPORATION evolved out of its owner’s (Mr. Arvin S. Vitales) love for cable television. Upon transferring to a new residential area in 2007, he was disappointed to find that there was no cable provider on-site to service the new community.
Soon he was elected as President / Chairman of the Summerfield Homeowners’ Association in Mexico, Pampanga, Mr. Vitales which initiated discussions with various wired and wireless cable TV providers with the aim of making the service available in the area.
Negotiations with wired cable companies were unsuccessful, given the investment cost and time requirement to lay out cables to connect from existing plant facilities to individual homes. Mr. Vitales tried out a wireless provider, which provided disappointingly poor reception and limited channels.
It was only after trying out several options that Mr. Vitales found CIGNAL Digital TV, which was able to readily provide for their growing number of housing occupants in Summerfield, Mexico and delivered high quality reception with very good channel selection.
Himself a satisfied CIGNAL customer, Mr. Vitales became a personal endorser of the service to members of his community and to friends and acquaintances. His solid background in sales, having been a pharmaceutical salesperson for almost two decades, brought in so many referrals as a freelance agent that the CIGNAL dealership in Pampanga took notice and immediately offered him a Dealership deal.
What started as a hobby eventually led to a more thorough study of the business of installing, maintaining and optimizing satellite cable services. In November 2009, a chance to formally join forces with the leading satellite cable TV provider in the Philippines under the Manny V. Pangilinan Group of Companies.
